Event Location

The event is taking place at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, in Dallas, Texas.

Exhibition Schedule

Load In/Out Times:

  • Load In: May 2, 2022 from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Load Out: May 4, 2022 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Event times:

  • Please follow the final agenda that will be distributed to you on Day 1 of the summit. We recommend you have a representative from your organization at your booth at all times, however the main networking opportunities will be during breaks (pre arranged meeting breaks, meal times)
  • You can access our most up to date program here

Notes:

  • Tear down can begin as early as 2:00 PM on Day 2 of the summit.
  • All exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 4:30 PM on May 4, 2022.
Exhibition & Additional Services

Our exhibition service provider will be SourceOne. They will be available on-site throughout the event to answer any questions you may have. For any additional orders on-site, please speak with your Account Manager and/or Event Operations.

Delivery & Shipping Info

SourceOne can provide advance shipping/material handling should you require this service. A link will be emailed to you shortly from SourceOne containing advance shipping/material handling instructions and timelines. SourceOne is to be used for advance shipping/material handling needs ONLY.

Please complete your booth order using the Booth Order Form linked below. Please note that all orders placed after 12:30 PM ET on Tuesday April 12, 2022 will be subject to a 20% service fee. For special order items, please contact Event Operations to discuss.

All final booth orders must be received no later than Friday, April 15, 2022.
